Frequently Asked Questions

LEARN MORE ABOUT VEHICLE WRAPS AND WHAT SETS UP APART

This can vary greatly from project to project.  A majority of the time is spent on design.  How long this part of the process takes depends largely on how much input and direction you can give, as well as your response time to proofs.  Once the design is approved, the wrap is printed and laminated over a course of 3 days. The installation process takes 1-3 days, depending on the complexity of the wrap.

Absolutely!  One of our experienced techs can remove the wrap from the vehicle without damaging the vehicle, assuming that the vehicle wasn’t damaged (e.g. existing paint damage or flaws) before the wrap was applied.

A wrap can last 4 to 6 years, depending on care, conditions, and overall treatment.  In addition to the high quality vinyl we use, we also laminate the wrap before installation, which protects the wrap from sun damage and fading, minor scratches, and regular wear and tear.

Hand washing is recommended. This can be done with any good brand of automotive detergent and a soft, clean cloth.  Rinse with water and dry with a clean microfiber cloth.

***NEVER use the following on your wrap: kitchen & bathroom cleaners, solvents, degreaser, orange oil, oil based cleaners***

While you can take your car through an automated car wash, hand washing is best and more thorough.  If you do bring it through a car wash, make sure the car wash uses water spray and no brushes. Brushes can lift edges on the wrap and cause it to peel.

You can also pressure wash your wrap, as along as you keep it below 2,000 psi.  It is best to use a spray nozzle with a 40 degree angle spray bottle, and the temperature needs to be below 140 degrees.  Keep a distance of at least 12 inches between nozzle and wrap.

This depends on the extent of the damage.  Worse case scenario, the wrap will have to be removed or reapplied.  However, this is rare.

Usually, we just have to remove the damaged section and reapply that section of the wrap, after reprinting and laminating the patch required to fix the damage.

The answer to this question varies greatly.  It can cost as little as $250 for basic decals to as much as $3600 for a full vehicle wrap.  This price includes design, materials, printing, lamination, and installation.

We are (usually) easily able to create patches to cover outdated information or logos, since all of your artwork is saved on our computers.
